  7. Put both files in PT Resources:Additions folder.

  11. Restart ProTERM.

  15. Choose Index Maker from Tools:Additions menu. Select the source file and click Convert. Enter name of indexed read-only documentation file and click Save. A pair of files will be saved (the read-only document and the index macro). Saving them in the additions folder makes them easy to access.

  19. Just put stars around topic names you want listed in the index. More starts indicate higher importance (and less indenting). Less stars indicate less importance (and get more indenting).
